Back Roads Solutions is pleased to announce the hiring of Bryan Rohrer, who will serve as the Manager of Environmental Services at Back Roads Solutions

Back Roads Solutions is pleased to announce the hiring of Bryan Rohrer, who will serve as the Manager of Environmental Services at Back Roads Solutions.

Prior to joining Back Roads, Rohrer served as an environmental inspector where he was responsible for communicating inspection and remediation related information with project managers and contractors in an effort to keep projects safe, compliant and on schedule.

Having spent a significant amount of time in the field, Rohrer brings first-hand knowledge and experience associated with compliance, permitting, inspection, remediation and environmental processes and procedures.

Rohrer is a certified erosion, sediment and stormwater inspector (CESSWI). This certification ensures that the inspector is proficient in all aspects of erosion and sediment control and stormwater compliance. The certification signifies his training, testing and proficiency in regulations, permitting, enforcement and penalties, safety, communication, documentation, compliance, inspection, planning and best management practices as they relate to local, state and federal regulations. Rohrer holds one of 38 CESSWI certificates in the state of Pennsylvania.

His knowledge and experience with the Departments of Environmental Protection (DEP) across several Appalachian states will allow Back Roads Solutions the ability to prioritize a proactive approach to compliance, resolve issues for clients in a timely manner and provide a more streamlined approach from planning to implementation to inspection, in an effort to keep projects on schedule, without notices of violation and their accompanying fines.

Back Roads Solutions is pleased to announce the hiring of Hunter Vines, who will serve as the Manager of LiDAR Services at Back Roads Solutions

Back Roads Solutions is pleased to announce the hiring of Hunter Vines, who will serve as the Manager of LiDAR Services at Back Roads Solutions.

Vines comes to Back Roads from LiDARUSA where he served as a training manager and support team lead teaching and training on equipment and software associated with 3D mapping technology for a variety of corporate, academic and government organizations.

Essentially the front man of problem solving and trouble shooting in his previous role, Vines brings a wealth of knowledge having worked through, and ultimately tasked with solving, both software- and hardware-related issues.

His experience with processing LiDAR data using a variety of products will allow Back Roads to further expand its abilities and services across the country. Vines’ addition will strategically optimize Back Roads aerial offerings by adding to the existing strengths of Director of Aerial Dan Hruska.

In addition to his aerial experience, Vines is well versed in training, planning, leadership and management.

Back Roads Solutions adds aerial services, names Hruska Director of Aerial Services

Back Roads Solutions is pleased to announce the hiring of Dan Hruska, CPL, who will serve as the Director of Aerial Services at Back Roads Solutions.

Hruska is an FAA Certified UAV Pilot with flying experience in varied landscapes, habitats and weather conditions. His UAV experience also spans a number of industries, creating a diversified flying portfolio, and ultimately a multifaceted knowledge base.

Hruska’s hiring will afford Back Roads the ability to add aerial services to its existing land services, project management and small construction offerings.

We are always evaluating potential opportunities that can separate us as a company and also align with our history of providing contract land services,” said Perry Cunningham, Back Roads Solutions Partner. 

Hruska comes to Back Roads Solutions with 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, where he served as a contract landman, in-house landman, crew chief and project manager. 

Hruska is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and the Northern Appalachian Landman’s Association (NALA).

In addition to his land experience, Hruska is the co-owner of HP Outdoors, the number one Waterfowl Podcast in the world.

“As we began our planning and preparation, Dan Hruska, because of our familiarity with him, became the natural choice to develop and lead this segment of our business,” Cunningham said. “I know that Dan will elevate our new program, as his vision is aligned with ours. We are excited to see where Dan can take things.”

Jordan promoted, tasked with assisting short- and long-term company goals

Back Roads Solutions is pleased to announce the promotion of Bev Jordan, RPL, who will serve as the VP of Strategic Growth & Recruitment.

Bev will be responsible for staffing, training, leading and managing Back Roads Solutions teams as they perform the job responsibilities and expectations set forth by both the client and the established practices of Back Roads Solutions.

Bev will also assist Back Roads Solutions with its overall short- and long-term strategic goals as they relate to business development, client satisfaction, the production of high-quality work, the hiring of highly-skilled and qualified individuals, and the emphasis of upholding a People First business.

With more than 13 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Bev has proficiency in a number of professional roles including, but not limited to, acquisitions, genealogy, title abstracting, project management, quality control, interviewing and hiring. She joined Back Roads Solutions in January of 2014, and has been an essential part of the company’s growth. Through her planning, organizing and involvement with Back Roads sponsored events, Bev has helped to educate clients about the services provided, while also creating brand awareness.

Back Roads Solutions hires Littlecott, prioritizes enhancing client relationships

Back Roads Solutions is pleased to announce the hiring of Randy Littlecott, CPL, who will serve as Vice President of Land and Business Development.

Randy will be responsible for business acquisition, relationship development and the management of a variety of projects at Back Roads Solutions.

Randy started in Oil & Gas Industry in 2005 and has worked much of the Appalachian Basin. He is heavily involved with the Northern Appalachian Landman’s Association (NALA), where he currently serves as the President and Chair of the Education Committee. He is also a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and the Michael Late Benedum Chapter of AAPL (MLBC-AAPL).

No stranger to the industry, Randy has worked as a Crew Chief, Project Manager and Land Manager for 13 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in many facets of the industry. 

The importance he places on professional client relationships and client satisfaction align seamlessly with Back Roads Solutions’s commitment to the same, and will allow Back Roads Solutions to further extend its commitment to provide quality products using professional, knowledgeable people.
