Jen Acree


Jen has held a variety of accounting positions for several small businesses in northeastern Ohio and southwestern Pennsylvania prior to the founding of Back Roads Solutions, Inc.

Jen serves as the President of Back Roads Solutions.

Jen is responsible for all facets of client billing, receiving and managing incoming payments from those clients, and the allocation of funds. She is also responsible for the collection of contractor and employee invoices, and the validation of accurate information and time tracking through those invoices. 

Jen also assesses company financials to create and track long-term company goals and day-to-day spending.

Jen also assists with the new hire process including the setup of background checks and drug testing, and the collection of items necessary for the hiring process. She also plans and executes company functions including employee meetings, trainings and events.
